Your Role

As a Service Assistant/Busser, you will maintain setup in the dining room to ensure guests receive the standard of food and beverage service set by Neiman Marcus. You will work on-site and report to the Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the dining room tables, including clearing and resetting
• Deliver food and beverages according to kitchen tickets
• Keep the bus station and beverage areas tidy
• Learn table numbers and sections
• Assist kitchen and service staff with service needs
• Help waitstaff by refilling beverages and running food
• Set up the dining area with key items like coffee and iced tea
• Perform pre-shift, post-shift, and regular duties as assigned
• Lift and move objects such as tables and chairs
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Dress appropriately and prepare necessary supplies before work

What You Bring

• Experience in food and beverage service following proper guidelines
• Knowledge of table setting and service order
• Understanding of food preparation and terminology
• Ability to interact graciously and multitask
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift 35 pounds
