Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly dine-in or takeout Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants.

Job Summary:

The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant is responsible for restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and side work. They assist with catering orders, including delivery when applicable. All team members must demonstrate customer service skills by providing an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through their experience, taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Understand the menu to identify items for takeout and catering, guide guests on menu choices, and answer questions.
• Review orders with guests (at pick-up or delivery) and with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver excellent hospitality, exceeding guest expectations.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, bus dishes, and reset tables as needed. Remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen.
• Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations.
• Understand restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food efficiently.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment, POS system, and other applicable systems.
• Follow sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Have or obtain a current Food Handlers Card where applicable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
