Responsibilities

• Identify the client’s needs and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Ensure clients concerns (costs, warranty questions, appointment duration) are addressed before the appointment date.
• Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads in a courteous manner.
• Confirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date and adjust if necessary.
• Follow up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Service Department and attend department meetings.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Identify the client’s needs and assist with scheduling appointments
