Ruth's Chris Steak House in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring bussers to set the stage for a memorable dining experience. You’ll deliver polished service one table at a time to help create the Sizzle Ruth’s Chris is known for.

The role supports servers by cleaning and resetting tables, assisting with food delivery, and maintaining glassware, silverware, and dishware. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, sanitation, and teamwork as you grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and maintain 100% guest delight.
• Tailor the dining room by cleaning and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with food delivery and keep stock of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and work well with the team.

Job description

$3.63 per hour - $3.63 per hour plus tips.
