Ruth's Chris Steak House in Somerville, MA is seeking bussers to join a team that treats guests like family and delivers hospitality as legendary as our steaks. You will assist servers, reset tables, keep glassware stocked, and help ensure 100% guest delight while following sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused role requiring guest service orientation.
• Ability to reset and reset tables to standards.
• Support servers with timely food delivery and guest requests.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and communicate needs to servers.
• Monitor stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies at all times.
