Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking Service Assistants to keep the dining room running smoothly and create memorable moments for every guest. You’ll support the team, ensure spaces are guest-ready, and contribute to Uncompromising Hospitality in every shift.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds while maintaining a warm, team-focused approach. Open weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Show up prepared, start strong, and keep your station ready.
• Keep the dining room and work areas clean, organized and guest ready.
• Restock and reset tables quickly to welcome guests.
• Communicate with servers, food runners and managers to keep service flowing.
• Help with food running and carryout orders as needed.
• Greet guests with warmth and provide helpful answers about food, wine and facilities.

• Start every shift with a positive attitude and prepare your station using company checklists
• Stay stocked on tableware dishes and supplies to keep the service flowing
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.

• Keep the dining room and work areas clean organized and guest ready
