Auto-Chlor System in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Route Service and Sales Representative. You will service, maintain, and sell to commercial customers along your designated route in the Des Moines metro, driving a company van and building lasting relationships.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers a $22–$23 hourly wage with overtime opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package, company-provided tools and vehicle, and ongoing training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand and power tools for maintenance.
• Customer service and sales mindset to build relationships and drive add-on products.
• Willingness to learn and apply training while managing your own route independently.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment using hand and power tools.
• Drive a company van to customer locations in the Des Moines metro area.
• Restock solutions, collect payments, and suggest additional products when appropriate.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service and Sales Representative for our Des Moines, IA location. We’re looking for people with strong service skills, who are mechanically inclined, and ready to work independently building lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
