• Proven experience as a Residential Plumbing Technician or in a related service role.
• In-depth understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Service and Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues involving fixtures, piping, water heaters, and residential systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to service calls and deliver quality workmanship with professionalism.
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Roby’s reputation through honesty, craftsmanship, and care in every interaction.
• Follow plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper use and handling of tools and materials.
• Promote a culture of safety for yourself, your team, and your clients.
• Record all service and repair activities accurately, including parts used and time spent.
• Provide clear, complete documentation for client reports and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to complete service calls efficiently.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
• Support fellow team members to achieve department goals and uphold Roby’s service standards.
