Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, residential service and repair.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical components.
• Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, professional work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess HVAC systems in residential properties to accurately identify issues.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts to restore system functionality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, explaining diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations.
• Provide expert advice on system maintenance, upgrades, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, care, and technical expertise.
• Adhere to company procedures and industry standards for safety and environmental practices.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
