LifeSource Water Systems is hiring skilled installers to join our fast-growing team in California. You will install and service residential and commercial water filtration systems, using a range of piping materials and power tools to deliver quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cutting and soldering copper, troubleshooting issues, handling emergency calls, and maintaining equipment. A valid driver’s license and strong customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Strong communication and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install and service whole-house water filtration systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Handle galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping with precise measurements and power tools.
• Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain systems per company standards.
• Respond to emergency service calls and warranty repairs.
• Travel to customer appointments using company vehicle and provide professional service.
• Perform regular safety checks and maintenance of tools and installation equipment.
• Ensure final inspections confirm systems operate correctly before leaving site.
• Manage materials and ensure parts are on hand for each job.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and Service Water Filtration Systems:Perform expert installation of whole-house water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties.
• Work with a Variety of Materials:Handle galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping using precise measurements and advanced power tools.
• Master Your Craft:Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and Repair:Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while adhering to company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle Emergency Service Calls:Respond to customer needs, including warranty repairs and urgent service calls.
• Drive and Deliver:Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments and ensure timely, professional service.
• Maintain Equipment:Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance on tools and installation equipment.
• Ensure Quality Control:Perform final inspections to guarantee systems are fully operational before leaving each job site.
• Manage Inventory:Keep track of materials and ensure the right parts are on hand for every job.

What We’re Looking For:

• Plumbing Experience:2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred.
• Physical Readiness:Ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Driver’s License:A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
