Job summary

NTW - National Tire Wholesale in New Berlin, WI seeks a full-time Delivery Driver. You will deliver tires and equipment, maintain a clean vehicle, and support warehouse inventory, with safety and DOT compliance as priorities.

Starting pay is $21.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We value teamwork, reliability, and a people-focused approach as part of our material handling operations.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mentality and adherence to DOT rules.
• 1+ years of delivery/box truck experience preferred.
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21+ years or older; able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must complete pre-employment screenings as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with DOT hours.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Deliver tires/equipment to customers according to route sequencing.
• Handle COD payments as required per policy.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with our People Focused Values.
• Wear a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate MHE safely as needed.
• Other duties as requested or needed.

Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This full time Warehouse Delivery Driver position can lead to career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
• Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
• Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
• Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

• Safety 1st Mentality
• 1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred
• 1+ years of no At-fault accidents,
• clean MVR
• Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.
