SERVICE ADVISOR / WRITER – TUESDAY - SATURDAY

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor / Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently, while providing excellent customer service. Your daily tasks will include overseeing service and warranty work orders, assisting with shop workflow, checking in equipment for repair, and supporting customers. Success in this role requires a team-oriented attitude, customer focus, and a positive outlook.

What You Need
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Compensation

$22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
