This is not an entry‑level counter position. We are looking for someone with real‑world service department experience, strong metric motorcycle knowledge, and the ability to keep a shop running efficiently without unnecessary drama or excuses.

What You’ll Do
Service Operations
  • Help maintain a smooth, organized, and efficient service department
  • Write clear, accurate repair orders and document customer concerns properly
  • Estimate costs and completion times while setting realistic expectations
  • Schedule service work and manage technician workflow based on skill level and shop capacity
  • Monitor work‑in‑progress to ensure quality, timeliness, and communication
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and customers throughout the repair process
  • Create estimates for internal, customer-pay, and wreck repairs
  • Open and close customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders
  • Follow OEM warranty procedures and maintain proper documentation
  • Support parts coordination by verifying correct part numbers and helping ensure jobs are ready before service begins
  • Operate efficiently in Dealer DMS, CRM, and OEM systems
Customer Service
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and confidence
  • Greet customers promptly and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and through email/text
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—even when there are delays or no major updates
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations with a calm, solutions‑focused attitude
  • Recommend maintenance and additional services when appropriate
  • Pay close attention to repeat repairs and help ensure issues are fully resolved
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous motorcycle or powersports service writing/advising experience
  • Strong knowledge of Triumph, BMW, & modern metric motorcycles
  • Experience scheduling work and managing technician workflow
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, direct, no‑BS attitude with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable balancing customer satisfaction with shop efficiency and profitability
  • Current motorcycle endorsement required
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay with commission opportunities and growth potential
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A fun, high‑energy environment surrounded by passionate motorcycle people
Working Conditions

  • Frequent exposure to moving motorcycles, shop equipment, exhaust fumes, fuel, and cleaning chemicals
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or balancing motorcycles up to 600+ lbs with assistance as needed
