ServiceUp is hiring a Remote Service Advisor (Night Shift)

This is a full-time, remote position. Hours will fall between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM PDT, Monday through Friday. Specific shift times will be scheduled based on business needs and candidate availability. Flexibility during evening hours is required, and the schedule is subject to change.

Responsibilities

Specifically you will be performing the following duties:

  • Greet customers and carefully record the customer’s concerns to generate an accurate work order.
  • Track the status of open repair orders during the day keeping both the customers and dispatch driver updated with service approvals, repair status and delays.
  • Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items.
  • Make sure all customers are notified when ordered parts arrive and when to schedule an appointment to have the work done.
  • Close tickets, notify customers that their vehicles are ready and a driver will deliver their car.
  • Explain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager and drivers of any customer service problems.
  • Distribute work between technicians and drivers efficiently and per company procedures.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Strive to meet management’s metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a service role is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of CSI, sales history in high volume car brands is preferred.
  • Amazon vans experience preferred, not required
