When a customer needs service, a technician needs direction, or the schedule changes unexpectedly, the Mobile Service Advisor is at the center of it all.
Think of this role as mission control for our mobile service operation.
You'll coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, manage repair orders, help secure approvals, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks from the first service request through job completion.
National Fleet Management is a rapidly growing heavy-duty truck service company supporting commercial fleets across nine states. As our mobile operation continues to expand, we're looking for someone who can bring organization, urgency, strong communication, and sound judgment to a fast-moving service environment.
This is not a position where every day follows the same script. Priorities change. Emergency calls happen. Customers need answers. Technicians need support.
If that's the type of environment where you do your best work, we want to hear from you.
As a Mobile Service Advisor, you'll serve as a key connection between our customers, mobile technicians, Parts team, and operations leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Success in this position requires more than simply answering phones and scheduling appointments.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, stay organized, and make good decisions when things get busy.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, Fleet Coordinator, or similar position within heavy-duty diesel, trucking, fleet maintenance, automotive, or commercial vehicle service is strongly preferred.
Mobile service doesn't always go according to schedule.
A breakdown can change the plan. A technician may need additional parts. A customer may suddenly have an urgent repair. Several priorities may need attention at the same time.
Your job is to help bring order to that activity.
We value people who don't freeze when the plan changes. Instead, they assess the situation, communicate, adjust, and keep moving.
If you enjoy being the person others can rely on to figure out what needs to happen next, this could be a great fit.
$22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience
