Job summary

The Krause Auto Group, serving Fort Myers, FL, seeks a service-oriented professional to oversee service orders, Drive Lane flow, and ensure prompt, courteous, high-quality service for our luxury clientele.

You will provide concierge support for owner inquiries, coordinate technicians, assist with parts and warranty processes, and help uphold our reputation for exceptional customer care and internal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete tasks to leave a positive impression
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers
• Distribute work among technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of service staff
• Reinforce company policies and compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain good relationships with factories and employee relations
• Uplift morale with a friendly, customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
