Job summary

Sonic Automotive's Land Rover Roaring Fork is hiring a Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments, and work with technicians to identify required services using the vehicle history. This full-time position offers a competitive pay plan and industry-leading benefits.

We value a people-oriented, professional candidate with dealership experience and strong communication. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $175,000 annually based on performance, with a monthly draw and opportunities

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor and/or dealership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Two years of dealership experience
• ASE certification preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers and greet them warmly.
• Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle history.
• Advise customers on necessary services and costs; inform them of promotions.
• Compute costs of replacement parts and labor; address customer questions promptly.
• Ensure thorough re-delivery check and vehicle cleanliness after service.
• Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager.
• Meet dealership standards for repair order production.

Salary: $80-$175K annually based on performance- CommissionBased Job.

Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred. But if you’ve got the drive, we will support you and train!!
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
