Classic Collision is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, from drop-off to vehicle delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners and coordinate with insurers to ensure the best customer experience.

Maintaining open communication about repair progress and coordinating with technicians to identify all damages are essential.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
