Role at a glance
• Welcome each guest, listen closely, and translate concerns into accurate repair requests
• Build transparent estimates and keep customers informed until keys are back in their hands
• Coordinate with technicians to hit promised timelines and quality standards
• Close repair orders, review warranties, and ensure every visitor leaves confident in our work

Qualifications

You’ll bring
• 2 + years as a dealership or independent-shop Service Advisor
• Solid grasp of maintenance and repair operations
• Calm multitasker who communicates well by phone, text, and in person
• Familiarity with DMS / service-lane software (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
• Valid TX driver’s license and clean record
