The Assistant Service Advisor greets customers, listens to vehicle concerns or service needs, determines the required service, and prepares repair orders.

Essential Duties
  • Greet customers entering the service area and direct them appropriately
  • Control service traffic flow and parking
  • Check if customers have appointments
  • Record customer and vehicle details such as name, VIN, mileage, and damage
  • Assist the lot attendant and support Service Advisors and Managers as needed
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and build customer relationships
  • Ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and general computer skills
