Job summary

AutoNation in Spokane Valley seeks a Service Advisor to bridge between customers and service technicians, explaining repairs in plain language and identifying upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, assess needs through inspections and test drives, and prepare accurate repair orders with estimates. You’ll collaborate with parts and technicians to ensure timely service and follow up for loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.

In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
