Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring timely, accurate vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will greet customers, assess needs, and communicate work orders to technicians with professional care.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with automotive service software, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and communicate work orders to technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Advise customers on needed services and repairs with clear explanations.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer authorization before repairs.
• Keep customers informed about status and any changes to completion time.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Promote dealership services and products to enhance satisfaction and drive growth.
