Keeler Collision in Southwest Connecticut is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to guide customers through the service and repair process while delivering an exceptional guest experience at our luxury dealership.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset. You will advise on maintenance, write repair orders, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion, with opportunities for commission bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Luxury automotive experience preferred.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and consult with them regarding vehicle service and repair needs
• Write and manage repair orders accurately
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, recommendations, and repair status

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the service and repair process while providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the needs of both the customer and the dealership are met.

The ideal candidate is a professional, customer-focused, and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
