Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will interact with customers to determine product needs and service options, and propose add-on sales to boost transactions.

This role involves providing price estimates for installations, keeping customers informed of progress, and following department procedures. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
