Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in the United States. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending add-on services, and providing price estimates before scheduling work.

You will communicate progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The position leverages RV and camping lifestyle experience, a computer-focused workflow, and strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume service environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
  • Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
  • Ability to use a computer and perform internet searches.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills required.
  • Must follow department procedures and policies.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending or crawling.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
  • Suggest add‑on sales to increase average transactions.
  • Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
  • Keep customers apprised of work progress.
What You’ll Need To Have For The Role
  • A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
  • Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
  • Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
  • Excellent organization and follow‑up skills are required.
  • The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
