Job summary

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, friendly environment. The role involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, describing symptoms, recommending maintenance, and preparing estimates.

You will monitor progress and clearly explain charges to customers, ensuring accuracy and CSI excellence. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a service advisory role, maintain a positive attitude, thrive in high-volume settings, and uphold the dealership

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly.
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting customers promptly
