Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• CSI/customer satisfaction oriented.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
• Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms described by customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Communicate repair timelines and establish follow-up expectations
• Monitor vehicle progress and provide regular customer updates
• Ensure repair orders and final invoices reflect completed work
• Review completed repairs and charges with customers clearly
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process
