Job summary

Kocourek Subaru in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, team-oriented shop. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, document concerns, and prepare labor and parts estimates.

You will communicate repair timelines, track progress, review charges with customers, and deliver an outstanding service experience, while supporting a collaborative workplace that values growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive Service Advisor role.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• CSI/customer satisfaction focused.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
