Job summary

21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to connect customers with repair and maintenance solutions.

You will welcome customers, coordinate with technicians, monitor work orders, and help control costs while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of John Deere service department operations experience.
• Knowledge of pricing, commissions, and service department finance basics.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organization.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs.
• Serve as central communication hub for the service department.
• Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet standards.
• Oversee technician performance and MST usage.
