Job summary

Titan Machinery in Minnesota is seeking a Service Administrator to manage work orders, warranty claims, and documentation while delivering excellent customer service within the service department. You will interact with customers, gather repair details, and use various support systems to keep warranties current and scheduling efficient; you will help maintain store operations and company assets.

• Computer-proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
