Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As the liaison between the customer and the service department, you will schedule appointments, review service history, relay information about maintenance and repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates.

This role requires strong communication, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay for this position is minimum wage plus commissions. The expected pay is $75,000 - $150,000 per year.
