Job Description:

Antwerpen VW is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to develop lasting customer relationships and provide our clientele with product solutions that best meet their needs. The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role as our service departments point of contact with our customers. They identify our customers' problems and arrange for the appropriate service. Then they set and manage expectations internally and externally until the project is completed. The ideal candidate is reliable and possesses excellent communication skills as well as prior experience in a similar role.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand and identify our customers’ automotive problems
• Arrange and schedule appropriate service solutions
• Prioritize essential services when scheduling jobs
• Offer customers a variety of options to meet their needs
• Set and manage the expectations of both our customers and mechanics regarding each service request
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Take ownership of the customers experience by going above and beyond to leave a positive impression
• Remain up to date on our service products and offerings
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Able to capably communicate with a variety of personnel
• Must be able to maintain an organized schedule

For this role we are exclusively for candidates with previous experience in a customer facing role in an automotive service environment. The ideal candidate would be ready to get started on day one.
