Camping World in the United States is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase transactions, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

Formación

• Minimum one year of service experience.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Able to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed

• Valid driver's license preferred

General Compensation Disclosure

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
