Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, generating price estimates for installations, and communicating updates. This is a full-time role suitable for applicants with RV experience or a willingness to learn the camping lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to use a computer daily and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Stand for prolonged periods and perform bending and stooping as needed.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
