Base pay range

$62,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Service advising is so much more enjoyable when you're working with happy customers who choose to be here. As a service advisor at Oceanside Motorsports I'm responsible for 10-15 cars a week. We run with a high average repair order so we can spend the time creating a relationship and truly listening to each customer. We are all about quality and even though we work our asses off - we're not a high volume shop so the chaos is controllable.

Responsibilities

• Promote value in the services needed on customers vehicles.
• Manage workflow from customers appointment made to customer picking up vehicle.
• Create estimates and educate customers on work needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Prior sales experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Full time Monday through Friday availability
