Job summary

Moss Bros. Auto Group in Moreno Valley, CA is hiring for a service department leadership role. You will oversee service orders, coordinate drive lane flow, and ensure prompt, courteous service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include owning the customer experience, supporting owner inquiries, and efficiently allocating technician time. A proactive, organized, and communicative manager with a clean driving record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by completing tasks that leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily technicians’ time is effectively allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of service staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adherence to standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factory partners and foster positive employee relations.
• Tuesday to Saturday 6:45 am to 5:30 pm.

• Pay range for this position is $5,000-$10,000 a month

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relation
• Tuesday to Saturday 6:45 am to 5:30 pm
