Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Midland, Texas. You will serve as the main point of contact from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers while coordinating with insurance companies to optimize the customer experience.

You will work with technicians to identify all damages, maintain high customer satisfaction, and conduct quality inspections before delivery, in a team-focused environment that values integrity and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in collision estimating preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system; ICAR/ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the repair process.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
