Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in the United States to serve as the primary contact from drop-off through delivery, and to prepare estimates for customers and insurers according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.

You will partner with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure the best customer experience, while maintaining open communication and coordinating with technicians to verify all damages.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and insurers according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
