Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving service department success. The role serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

This is a salary + commission-based position offering strong earning potential for motivated professionals, with a $85,000-$95,000 average shown as the typical range in our posting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor or automotive/RV related experience preferred.
• Strong sales mentality with the ability to upsell additional services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.

THE ROLE:

The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion

• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
• Automotive or service industry background preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Valid driver’s license required
