Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Longmont, CO. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine customer needs, suggest add-on sales, provide price estimates before scheduling, and ensure procedures and policies are followed. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Able to operate a computer and perform internet searches.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
