Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.

You will provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling appointments and keep customers apprised of work progress. The role features a commission-based compensation structure with a total annual pay range of $50,000–$75,000 or more, plus a robust benefits package and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service experience preferred.
• RV products or camping lifestyle experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Prolonged lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
