Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Kissimmee, FL. You will determine specialized product needs by engaging directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to boost the average transaction.

You will provide price estimates for installations, keep customers informed on progress, and ensure adherence to department procedures while supporting a high-volume service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
