Interstate Companies Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for our Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota location. The role focuses on customer relations, diagnosing service needs, and coordinating with technicians to keep heavy-duty trucks running smoothly.

Competitive pay range ($23.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position. Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, with opportunities for growth within the Interstate network.

We’re growing and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Inver Grove Heights Minnesota team. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and keeping heavy-duty trucks rolling, this is your opportunity!

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/ Hour DOE

Service Advisors play a critical role in our operations. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships by consulting with customers regarding their service needs. Together with the technicians, a Service Advisor ascertains the cause of the issue(s) that prompted a given customer's visit, works to address and resolve those issues. We’re looking for a strong person to support our truck customers by providing exceptional service through a strong understanding of the truck service industry.
