AMIT GPS & NAVIGATION LLP is seeking a dedicated service coordinator to streamline service delivery for marine systems, engines, and boating equipment. You will liaise with technicians, parts staff, and other teams to coordinate tasks and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a service advisor or service coordinator.
• Strong understanding of marine systems, engines, and boating equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work closely with technicians, parts departments, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and information between technical teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
