Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a motivated Repair Center Customer Service Coordinator in Houston to guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates, coordinate with insurers, and keep customers updated on progress.

In this role you will work with technicians to confirm all damages are identified and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position emphasizes strong communication and organization in a dynamic repair-center environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Successful background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers or insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers about repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages and scope of work.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery and handle related duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

• Successful completion of background check required.
