Job summary

Classic Collision in San Antonio, TX seeks a Customer Service/Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers, and ensure the repair progress is communicated clearly to maintain high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and is familiar with CCC1 estimating software.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
