WHAT YOU’LL DO (THE 'WOW' EXPERIENCE)

As our primary Client Advisor, you are the conductor of our shop's entire symphony:

• Welcome Every Client: Roll out the red carpet with a warm, professional, high-energy greeting.

• Orchestrate Shop Workflow: Use industry-leading digital systems to direct vehicle flow smoothly from intake to delivery.

• Translate & Guide: Present clear digital inspection reports, photos, and prioritized repair plans to clients with zero-pressure honesty.

• Manage Quality & Parts: Source top-tier parts and ensure every vehicle leaves cleaner and safer than when it arrived.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 3–5 years in high-level service advisory/sales OR an Associate’s Degree with proven customer service excellence.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, infectious, team-first energy.

• Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and able to type 50+ WPM accurately.

• Professional Standards: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a desire to represent an elite brand.
