Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate in the United States to determine specialized product needs, suggest add-ons, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers informed about progress.

This full-time role emphasizes service experience and RV/camping product knowledge. Candidates should be organized, able to follow procedures, and may require a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to search the internet and work daily on a computer.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
