Job summary

Camping World in California is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with customers to determine product needs, suggest add‑on services, provide price estimates prior to appointments, and keep customers informed of progress.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of service experience, some RV or camping lifestyle familiarity, strong organization and follow‑up skills, and the ability to follow department policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
