Job summary

Camping World is seeking personnel in California to assist customers with specialized product needs and services. You will engage directly with customers to determine requirements, propose add-on sales to raise transaction value, and provide price estimates for installations before appointments.

The role requires strong organization and follow-up, ability to work on a computer, and adherence to procedures. A driver's license is preferred, with physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
